Pully for what type of equipment or engine? Most of the time, there is an allen wrench screw on the edge of the pully where it fits on the shaft. If you loosen that screw, then it will pull off. Be careful not to just bang it off, as you may break something concerning the shaft. Use a wheel puller if you can get one.
