1993 mercedes 400 sel

my gauges dont work,just water temp,And my a/c heat fan doesnt run? Some say it could be my ovp relay...if so where is it? that site says its under hood behind battery....My battery is in Trunk,nothing under or behind it.

It is made from black plastic and is located directly behind the vehicle's battery.

it is a 1993 400sel, The battery is in trunk.nothing below it or behind it.

Here's a service manual download...I can't find the specific answer to your question...your other option is to visit a Mercedes forum

One of the biggest, heaviest, safest, most comfortable cars ever made. Longer, heavier, more fuel capacity, etc than the next body style in 2000, the W140 body M-B's were, and still are, some of the best road cars ever made. If you drive long, fairly straight and for long distances, this is the car for you. On the highway I get 20-22 mpg, same as the highway MPG for the 2007 Toyota's, so how can you go wrong. This car will make you feel you should be riding in back, not driving it.
