    how to take car out of park when it doesn't start

    On my 2003 kia spectra, I can't start my car, so it won't come out of park, I need to find out how to get it into neutral so I can move it out of the garage.

      Try this, turn the ignition to it's on position then press down hard on the brake and see if it will shift then.
