    why should one not reheat rice pudding?

    If rice pudding is re-heated properly there is no need to worry about all the scaremongering that goes on in the media etc, when I was a kid we often had re-heated rice pudding, put it this way, I'm not a kid any more and I'm still going strong.

    I cannot imagine reheating in  the first place. Rice pudding is something I've always enjoyed cold. It's even sold in stores that way (come to think it, it got cooked before it was packaged, if you wanted it warm you would have to reheat it........)
