I worked for BAOR Germany in Logistics 1970-1998. Free board. Salary, cars and petrol and most consumable goods, all tax free. Cigarettes and spirits Duty-free. All this and a great camaraderie between colleagues.  

Now those really were the days!

Working with kids (Sunday School teacher, substitute in public school, directing talent shows and school drama productions, coaching soccer, field trip chaperon, art docent, peer group instructor....)
