It's possible that the IP the webproxy used has been blocked or restricted by Turbobit.
First things to try would be:
- using alternative servers and IPs of the webproxy -> http://wiki.hidemyas...or_the_Webproxy
- try other webproxies http://privax.us
- trying IP:Port proxies -> http://hidemyass.com/proxy-list
- use our VPN -> http://hidemyass.com/vpn
But can also have a different reason - but if you already tried IE and firefox.. i guess Chrome would do the same. But it's worth a try anyway.
