PUK doesnt relate to the phone itself.Its matter of the simcard .PUK is provided by simcard issuer, or hence, your service provider.You have to call your provider Customer Representativ to ask the code.Use your homephone or other phone to do this.
Be carefull,you only have 4 times left to enter the correct PUK code,because 10x you enter wrong code,your simcard is good forever n you have buy a new simcard with a new phone number.
