    sample if a ask for a name of a place  i tap on the address i get block from going to that address no mater whom it for.

      Safety net sounds like a parental app that keeps kids off certain sites. Judging by your spelling, I have to think you may be a child and your parents don't want you on certain sites. Sorry, can't help you.
