HOW can I Cancel my order? It said the printer would be discounted from $170 to $100 at checkout
It wasn't. Thinking that the change would appear at the end I STUPIDLY checked "submit order" assuming that HP would not rip me off. SURPRISE - THEY DID! I hadn't printed the order because I have no printer, and I have not gotten the e mail that I was supposed to get.So I don't know the order number.I never would have bought the printer without the discount . How can I cancel the order? Maybe I will look into disputing the charge to my credit card.WHAT WERE YOU THINKING WHEN YOU OFFERED A DISCOUNT AND DID NOT GIVE IT? (signed) David Wrench
