    What you can do in order to convert a JMOL file to a PDF format: copy the molecule by clicking the 'PrntScrn' key when the JMOL is seen on your computer screen, paste it in a new Paint (a program) file by clicking ''Ctrl + v', and save it (gets saved as a JPG file). Now go to a website that provides either an on line file converter or a downloadable one, and convert it into a PDF file. Websites where such converters can be found are listed at
