I have a wireless head set and it's great. The transmitter sits next to my tv and has AVI cable ends on it and I plug them into my tv. I turn on the headphones and they are like big cups that go over your ears. You wont hear nothing but what comes out of your tv. NOW if you have a dvd player , or stereo player, or video casset player and they have AVI jacks in the back you can use the headphones with all. I bought the set at Wallmart. Probably can get at most department stores with good electronics dept.. Happy Listening.
