OK, follow this link http://www.citizenwatch.com/en-us/watches/watch-detail/?model=CB0013-04A then under the watch, click "setting instructions" then you get 3 options on how to view the instructions.

Why do you need to change the date? It should keep the date and time perfect on it's own.
