Remove it from your start up list.
Instructions

Navigate to the "Start" menu and select "Run." In the Run dialog, type "msconfig" (without quotes) and click "OK." If the User Account Control appears, type an administrator password and click "Yes." The System Configuration dialog opens.

Select the "Startup" tab.

Uncheck any programs you do not want to automatically start up. Then click "OK."
