Unfortunately a credit card is the only method of payment accepted by Netflix, when redeeming a Netflix gift card you are still required to enter a credit card. When the gift card runs out they will automatically charge your card every month. Most of the sites out there saying you can get Netflix free are scams or they are offering a free trial which Netflix does anyway.
