Try googling the brand name along with the model number to find a manual. Hopefully you will find what you need.

Personally speaking, crossbows are a fairly amazing piece of equipment. If you can't find it directly, you might want to check with a website like Crossbow Nation. There's a bunch of guys on that site that fairly much could tell you about most anything concerning crossbows.
