A convection oven just whirls the warm air about instead of just having it emanate from the elements. It probably won't take as long, so keep an eye on it. It will be delicious.

How about the dressing?
Should be the same scenario, just takes less time. My sister has a convection oven and there doesn't seem to be any need to convert recipes or temps, just seems to get done a little (not much) sooner. Delicious.
