    These dogs are service dogs. They can detect when a person may have a seizure. I do think some of the dogs are bogus. Interesting huh?

      Little dogs have become an accessory -like a purse.  Why?  I don't know except that some celebrities carry their ankle biters everywhere they go.

            The dogs need to be carrying ID cards; well, their "masters" should be anyway.  Some people are using the little dogs to pose with tourists. Disgusting.
