How to set the time/24 h time/date on nike merge lift watch with 2 buttons
there is 1 button on each side of watch, mode and start/stop. when I press start-stop button for 3 seconds it blinks 12 h then when I press start-stop button again, I get the digit hour that blinks but when I keep pressing start-stop or mode button nothing happens. can you help me? thank you

As far as I can tell, the left button sets the mode, the right button sets everything else.
