So long as you can network your Xbox 360 to your computer then you can stream them to it with Media Player. However most files won't play on the 360 since they are not in the proper format. The Microsoft WMV files will play and a few other, however most of the video files are compressed now and the Xbox 360 can't handle them.
So in short, network them together, and then some files will work, most won't. If you have a DVD burner you could do it that way.
