You have to go to restaurant.com and redeem the eGift card for a voucher for the full face value (ie. $25) for a specific restaurant on their list.

You only pay $3.99 or whatever for that $25 eGift card. Then, you have to go to restaurant.com and redeem the eGift card for a voucher for the full face value (ie. $25) for a specific restaurant. It's a really good deal, if there are restaurants you like on restaurant.com - or at least restaurants you want to try for a reduced cost.
