    Instructions
    From Cell Phone

    1
Open your wireless service provider's website and log in, using your account user name and password.

    2
Go to the section that deals with your plan, for instance "My Plan," "Account Details," or "Services."

    3
    Click "Add"/"Change Services."

    4
    Select "Call Forwarding."

    5
Select "Remove"/"Deactivate." If you don't find this option, simply remove the call forwarding information, such as the number of the phone to which the calls were being forwarded. The calls will not be forwarded anymore.
