Although I don't think this is anything new, Democrat or Republican. Politicians have been doing this for years.. Today they have become very crafty at doing this in the form of props. Using schools and children to hide behind as camouflage. We just had a couple of these pass here in CA that much of the collected funds will stuff the pockets of the politicians that created them. And their special interest groups.
