Update your Navman S80 to the latest firmware if you are having regular problems with the device. Plug the small end of the USB cord to the power jack on the bottom of the device and plugging the other end into a USB jack on your computer. Download the software update to your desktop from the Navman website and unzip the file. Click "Start," "Computer." Open the "S80_SP" folder, double click "GO" and follow the on screen instructions to finish updating your device.
