      This is a great site for daughters as well as their parents.  It is simply questions and answers. Read, vote, answer. Simple and enjoyable.......

        She's asking about a webpage called Iminent, not akaQA.

        In order to uninstall Iminent, go to your start button, then control panel, find programs, then add/remove  programs, scroll your program list (which is alphabetized) find Iminent, click one time on it to highlight it and then click uninstall. 


        If it's an add on or extension  on your browser, click Tools, then see add ons or extensions, click it, find Iminent, click delete or disable.
