Look under car on exhaust pipe, it will be sticking out of the pipe with a set of electrical wires from it. Do yourself a favor and get the sensor with the wires already installed. It takes a special slotted socket to remove, and spray some liquid wrench and let it set a while first. You may be able to borrow the socket from the parts store. Good luck.
