    how do I open a blocked e-mail?

    An e-mail has an attachment - a grey square with the word "blocked" in bottom right hand corner,and "open as zip"underneath but all i get is the message in another e-mail form

      Who sent you the attachments? Send back to them and let them know the attachment is blocked. Tell them to send you the unblocked version.
