Dixville Notch, New Hampshire.  They have 10 people who voted just after midnight.  5 voted for Romney and 5 for Obama.

i saw new Hampshire as first  with returns.

 

On the west coast, due to 3 hour difference, our polls are still open while east coast is announcing the winner, not really a good plan.
