No. Where did you get that idea ? Each school district makes their own dress code, .....or at least, each state would make their own decision about the mode of dress. I wish students would have to wear uniforms, b/c then there wouldn't be so many killings and muggings and fights over shoes and jackets in the Detroit school district.
