    I was recently terminated from my job of 10+ yrs. I was terminated for; 1) "having unauthrized guests visit during my shelter shift hours. 2) being outside the shelter for a short period of time, leaving the program unstaffed. 3) leaving the incoming laundry to sit for an extended period of time before putting it away. 4) addressing residents in an inappropriate manner, using a harsh tone calling out a resident in the house meeting, making statements like "I'm in charge, this is my show," and c

    What is your defense? Are you guilty of any or all of these accusations? What is your question/are your questions? What is the geographical location where this occurred? In your 10 years there, have there been other disciplinary actions? If not, maybe if at least one current allegation is founded, maybe your firing can be mitigated to a suspension, or even if there were.
