Depends on which state in which you reside, generally there are none in most states.
Only a few states like California, for example, have "Referendums" on the ballot.
Generally you will simply vote for the candidates of your choice.
They expect a larger number of voters this week.
To avoid long lines, Republicans and Independents are being asked to vote on Tuesday and Democrats are being asked to vote on Wednesday
