See the button on your browser, right click on it, select show/hide, find the akaQA icon and click on it. This will deactivate ask a question (akaQA).

i have xp what button on the browser?
akaQA is not installed, if you clicked on the icon to get here that is what CB is saying, it doesn't matter what system you use.
