    3. My clock is Sky/Scan Projection alarm #31269. My clock is 1 year old and I just took it out of the box and I am having trouble with it. The letters and numbers are broken and unreadable and the wave bar is full and not doing anything at all. I have new batteries and plugged in the the wall outlet. The red light does come on and does show the broken numbers on the ceiling.

      The clock is broken. It's a year old. The warranty period is expired. This is a general question and answer forum. We can not tell you how to fix a broken clock. You will need to contact the company that made the clock but I doubt even they can tell you how to fix it.
