    Update, it appears that it is open but traffic is moving slowly through the most of it. It may be open for travel up under a wind advisory. You may want to stick to the major highways if you can.

      Their current conditions site is down but I would guess that it is still closed do the the gusts of winds we are still experiencing from the storm.
