Avoid poetry.com, which is just in business to gouge you for as much money as possible.

Click on the "share your poetry" link at this site to find the "Poetry Free-for-All" workshop:

You'll see that the workshop has several levels for beginning, intermediate, and more advanced poets. Spend some time reading before you choose the level at which you want to post your poems. Tough, high-level critique can be very helpful, but it can also be painful if you're just starting out.

This site lists many poetry boards where you can get feedback from other poets:

Again, spend time reading at any board and getting familiar with its style before you jump in and start posting.
