They can be tricky, is there a red section of handle to push in, also a red button, both are pressed at same time, to prevent accidental collapse, when baby is in it! Look around if it is different, study the hinge mechanism as a clue to how it collapses, I bet there are two buttons somewhere, you may not be engaging both at same time!
