Did you recently install an antivirus program? Because when something keeps minimising it means that xp wants your attention. Sometimes when you run a program antivirus will pop up and ask for your permission "would you trust this program, allow all or allow this instance or sth".. do you see anything popping up or does xp try to focus your attention on some window or problem?
