Info on the Cherokee.

The Creek were actually the Muscogee. They got the Creek name from white settlers because they lived near creeks.

I feel an affinity to them, don't know why, always have. :)
I've worked with a lot of people from Tennessee and Kentucky and other parts of Appalachia. And they all claim to have some Cherokee blood in them . When I went to N.. Carolina when I was 16, we went to the Cherokee passion play at an outdoor theater. You have the beautiful Smokies in the background for a back drop.
