my tv disc recorder gives bad reception. It is two weeks old. What can I do?
I have a digihome digital television recorder purchase at Comet. Picture breaks up with constant blips in the picture and sound. It is two weeks old. Sometimes I have to unplug the leads and go direct into the tv in order to watch a programme.

Take it right back to where you bought it, and do not let them tell you that you need to send it out for repairs! Do not leave the store without a new one, no demo models, or anything but a new one! You may have to have your sales slip in hand, and probably will have to plea your case to the manager, as most associates cannot give anything out. Good luck...
