Does the military enforce divorce settlements even when they're active duty and out of state?
We were divorced last October and my ex (active duty officer) has not complied with the settlement stipulations. My lawyer filed something with the judge in August. Something about garnishing etc. does anyone have experience with how long this takes or how come an active duty person can get away with this so blatantly?
