      first, you get on 75  ( it's in or near Saginaw) Then you take 75 north for about 19 miles.Then start to look for signs that say  " 23 " or  " Standish" .....and you take that exit. Then go north on 23, for an hour or so, and it'll go right through Oscoda.  I've gone thru there about 100 times from the Detroit area....on my way to see my cousin in Alpena. Also, she used to live in Oscoda when it was an air force base.
