    how do i adjust the stoplight switch on a 1996 nissan xe pickup truck,above the break pads????

    my breaks were smoking on friday and i couldnt move forward but i adjusted it (the switch) and it drove again,i dont understand why my breaklights are not working

      Hahahaha! I'm sorry. This is too funny. I can't help it........Dude or dudette, seriously, take your truck to a mechanic. Why did you think to adjust a brake light switch for smoking brakes?? Go, now, to a mechanic.
