      You'll have to contact Lexmar about this. We can not fix a printer that we can not see. They may have you uninstall it and then go through the installation process with you over the phone. http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=productSelection&channel=supportAndDownloads&locale=en&userlocale=EN_US
