      Once installed, it will open a set up page where you fill in the information that you want auto filled on any forms on the web. After that, anytime you begin filling in a form, autofill will automatically appear and offer to fill in the for. You either accept it or deny it.

        I had filled in all the info but it does not start as I have expected

        Assuming your mean "Norton Identity Safe," when you enter your user name and password at a site, save that information to Norton "Identity Safe" and in the future when you go to that site, the login information will be automatically filled in.
