If you're using IE, it can be a problem, Dolly.
I finally got it downloaded by switching to Google Chrome.

Dardalgh, not sure what you mean, If im using IE. ?
Internet Explorer...the big,blue e with the yellow halo hanging off of it?

Lesser used are Opera and Safari

I use both of them, but they no help. Guess Ill download Google Chrome, and see. Thank you for your help x
Hi again, with downloads, I only have two choices, Save or Cancel, with some links when I save, then they download, but not every one does. This is prob.
