Apparently this thing is difficult to remove.

you may be able to disable it from your browser.
check to see if it is under all programes sometimes there is a unistall
you may try a system restore pick a point or date before you got incredibar
this next part is tricky and dangerouse if you have never done this part before please leave alone. you would have to open drive.c then look under program files one located right click it then delete close all up then reboot
