I usually re-read what I've written before 

I post it to the site, to try and cut down on 

spelling errors and word omissions.

I type quickly, reread, post, read again, and edit.  Sometimes an error gets past me and I might find it months later.  I WILL correct it, being OCD when it comes to stuff like that.

I know I spell things wrong because it gets underlined in red- however it doesn't correct the spelling!

I do it all the time, occasionally look back at answers, too old to change and cringe, mostly leaving out words or punctuation, I also get confused as my spell check is American
