Velvet sky is in financial problems and the flight are gounded, some say they are bankrupt, in debt ans owing petrol supply such as BP millions. flights were delayed and some cancelled and they are being taken to court by the companies they owing
There are always other airlines or someone who will create one. Their competitors are very likely happy.
