i must say that i am disappointed with your service as to your baggage allowance.I did an early booking and requested for two baggage allowance which i paid for but to my surprise was disgraced and embarrass in naples airpor to pay for another 20kg based on kilos which brought it to a total of 244 euro.I had pleaded to pay the normal rate of a bag but was denied.I have used other airlines before and could just have a little increase to what you pay on line and not the riddicules amount am rippe

This is akaQA, we are not the airline. I personally don't fly because airlines are rip off artists.

I'll wait until prices come down to realistic rates and the TSC agents are removed from all airports.
