i have a bell & howell tq3 1695 16mm projector the mechanism but as i went to use the exterior speaker and turned the volume up to see how loud it could go the sound just stopped, the exciter bulb also went out so i changed the exciter lamp and it won't light up, inside i noticed that 2 of the 5 fuses (t2/250v) on the circuit board had blown so i changed them for new ones but as soon as i switched the machine on they instantly blew again !, i am now left with a silent projector , the exterior sp
