Do you have a Nokia store near you? You could have them show you how to do it. All the phones I ever owned had a slide cover on the back that you removed to replace the battery.

Thanks, Colleen! I Have Nokia 9300 like that cover as all my other Nokias.... My question refer mainly course some of new ones of smart phones the battery are not chanceable att all..
I do not know the new smartphones at all. Sorry. My little non-internet accessible phone is good enough for me. I have a phone to make phone calls and a computer for the internet. Works for me :)
